You can expect your graphics back within 2 days and your videos back within 3 days. Although we aim for the aforementioned turnaround times, certain projects may take more time, depending on how labour intensive they are. No matter the case, we’ll keep you in the loop.
We get it, you’re a perfectionist. With our unlimited revision policy, we will not rest until you have what you want. We can replace your design with a new one and get fresh ideas for you, if the designer isn’t hitting the spot.
There are no limits to the number of requests you can put in but we can only manage up to 2 designs at once and cannot proceed to the next one until the previous requests are fulfilled.You can always contact us and add on additional plans if you think that your current plan’s volume is a little too low.
Our office timings are from 8am to 4pm EST, Monday to Friday. We prefer our weekends off. If you have a question or a query during our time off, you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you at the earliest.
You don’t have to be under a contract to use our services. You can cancel and return as per your will.
We have a 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. For long-term packages, we’ll only be able to refund for a single month as we’ve brought on designers specifically for you.
Clients will have the ability to access their account for 7 days after the date of cancellation. After 7 days, the account will be archived and unfinished projects will be shelved.
You have to login to the Asana Project that we’ve created and just simply add a new task to brief us on the project. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, we appreciate the feedback.

It’s a possibility that your designer won’t be able to perceive your project the same way as you do and to curb that, you can choose your preferred designer and at the same time, let us know about your non-preferred designers.
Not everyone’s needs are the same and our wide selection of plans manages exactly that. We have plans that are better suited to small-scale companies and entrepreneurs as well as plans that are better suited to the needs of medium-to-large scale businesses and agencies.
While we don’t do custom plans but if you want to increase the volume of content, you can simply add on an additional subscription. You are qualified for a price break after 3 or more subscriptions.

Our stock comes from a variety of paid and unpaid resources with commercial licensing. Depending on your requirements, there may arise a need for additional licensing and in case you’re unsure about the rights of usage, let us know.
We work on a first-in-first-out basis but should the need arise, the client can use the priority system to prioritize the project as ‘High priority’ or ‘Low priority’ so that we know what to work on first.
