We give you access to a Designer who’ll help you transform your Social Media Creative, Digital Banner, Brochures, Presentation, Display Ads, Print Ads, logos and pretty much anything else imaginable. It’s basically like hiring a designer without the overhead costs of actually hiring one.

While there are certain set styles, we’re always looking to break outside the mould and innovate. Ideally, all our designers need is a copy from your side to get us started. However, you can be as involved in the project as you want to - we appreciate it.
What if I don’t know what I’m looking for?
It’s alright! You can always check out our collection that we have painstakingly accumulated that might inspire you. Our collection includes previous works and stock examples - basically all you could ever ask for.

You are free to add any number of designs to the queue, there’s no limit to it. We’re already working on your next request.

Once you’ve signed in and ready to go, you’ll be assigned a dedicated designer. The designer will be properly inducted for your brand to gain deeper understanding of your requirement. Post which, you can contact your designer on emails or Slack channel.
Will I get any account manager?
Yes, along with a designer you will get an account manager too, who will be your trouble shooter. Any issues, get in touch with your semi-dedicated project manager. If you hire more than 3 dedicated designers, we will assign a dedicated project manager too

We have a system in place where a team leader is assigned to maintain consistency throughout the designs and an internal team chat where all the designers can communicate with each other, all for the sake of uniformity and consistency.
I like one designer more than the other, what about that?
It’s a possibility that a designer won’t be able to perceive your project the same way as you do and to curb that, you can choose your preferred designer and at the same time, let us know about your non-preferred designers

When will I be getting my first draft?
We turnaround most of our graphics within 1-2 business days and videos take approximately 2-4 business days. Turnaround times are calculated based on the complexity of the project and you will be given an estimated time of delivery, for your ease.

Can I really ask for unlimited revisions?
We get it, you’re a perfectionist. With our unlimited revision policy, we will not rest until you have what you want. We can replace your design with a new one and get fresh ideas for you if the designer isn’t hitting the spot.

Revisions are cool but when can I expect them?
We try to turn the revision your way within the same day or the next. Turnaround times vary on the complexity of the request and sufficient work hours.

Where can I download my files from?
We upload all of our files to the project so that they’re easy to find and all of your stuff is in one place. If it's a large one, we make a private drive folder just for you.
